Clinic and Workshop Disclaimer – Educational Purposes Only

The Master Mental Mindset LLC clinic and workshop is provided solely for educational and

informational purposes. The content of the clinic and workshop is intended to promote general mental

well-being and personal development among participants and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or

provide a substitute for individualized mental health services or medical care.

Participation in the clinic or workshop does not establish a therapist-client, doctor-patient, or

counselor-client relationship between the facilitators and any participant. Individuals with specific

mental health concerns or who are experiencing emotional distress are strongly encouraged to seek help

from a licensed mental health professional, counselor, or physician.

By attending the clinic or workshop, participants (and their parents/guardians, if under 18) acknowledge

and agree that:

● The facilitators are not providing clinical therapy, psychological counseling, or medical advice.

● Any decisions made or actions taken based on the workshop content are the sole responsibility of

the participant.

● The organizers and facilitators disclaim any liability for the use or misuse of information provided

during the sessions.
